Download Realtek’s driver from their website, then install Dolby’s driver
As weird as it may sound, the order in which the drivers are installed can actually mean a great deal. In this case, the first one to be installed should be Realtek’s driver. After that, head to the manufacturer of your laptop, or motherboard if it’s a PC we’re talking about, and download the latest Dolby driver for your model. After that, it’s time to remove everything and install it again. The first thing you should do is uninstall your Realtek and Dolby drivers.
