Shape and Design
Believe it or not, one of the most important factors of any gaming mouse happens to be its shape and design. Without a good shape or design, you might not want to get your hands on a mouse either. It really matters how a mouse sits under your palm. Both the Ninja Air58 and Model O follow a rather simple and ambidextrous design that does not really happen to be a ground-breaking design. In order to be the lightest mouse around, both mice have a nice honeycomb pattern on the body, and no, it is not your usual honeycomb pattern; both mice have honeycombs cut out of the body in order to reduce the weight. Granted, it does raise some concerns about the dust getting into the holes, but so far, we have not heard such a complaint from any of them. Moving on, the one thing that differentiates the design here is the fact that the Model O has RGB lighting underneath the honeycomb pattern, as well as on both sides, giving it a very nice look when the lighting is on, especially when it comes to the white color. Another great thing is the cable on both mice; it is not braided but uses a different material that makes the cable super lightweight to the point that the mouse almost feels wireless. The cable on the Model O is better because it is thicker, and does not develop kinks over time. So, while the shape is the same; for us, the design is clearly better on the Model O. Winner: Model O.
Weight
Believe it or not, having a lightweight mouse is something that is extremely important for a lot of people. As someone who has played on a professional level, I can assure you that for anyone who is nimble in the way of handling the mouse, it really is important that the weight balance is ideal. If we are giving out awards to the mouse that is the lightest from both, then the Finalmouse Ninja Air58 takes the cake. Simply because it only weighs only 58 grams. Whereas the Model O weighs 67 or 68 grams based on whether you go for the matte design, of the glossy design. The weight difference is not minor either. It is 10 grams, and that does make a lot of difference for those who have sensitive grip. Winner: Finalmouse Ninja Air58.
Sensor
When it comes to a gaming mouse, one thing that matters a lot is a sensor. A mouse having a good sensor will always be better than a mouse without a good sensor, even if it does not look good in terms of aesthetics. For anyone who wants to have a smooth tracking experience, as well as aiming. A good sensor does not just help in gaming but also does so when it comes to other productivity tasks like photo editing, or video editing. Both the Model O and Ninja Air58 use the same PMW 3360 PixArt sensor; it is one of the most modern and higher-end sensors available in the market, and the best thing is that it works really well. It offers perhaps one of the most accurate and precise trackings. So, gaming or any other tasks involving mouse control is going to be amazing. Software customization is often something that not many people are looking for in a mouse. Keeping that in mind, the Model O comes with its proprietary software that allows you to make changes to the mouse including changes to the lighting, DPI, macros, lift-off distance, and all the other customization that you can make to the mouse. On the other hand, Air58 offers no real customization whatsoever. There is no proprietary software for customizing macros, or anything of that nature. If you want to play around with the DPI, you have to use a 3rd party software for that, as well. Needless to say, in terms of software customization, the Model O goes to the whole 9 yards, being a lot more comprehensive experience, as well. Winner: Model O.

So, in order to wrap this all up; the only real advantage that you are going to get from the Finalmouse Nina Air58 is the fact that it is a lighter mouse at just 58 grams as compared to the 67 and 68 grams respectively. However, in most cases, once you cross the 60-gram mark, you cannot really tell the difference. Needless to say, if you are looking for a good experience and you do not want to spend a lot of money either, the Model O is definitely the mouse to get as it will satisfy all the requirements that you might have from a gaming mouse.
