Although the video got deleted shortly after being shared, it didn’t stop the fans and news outlets from making headlines, and everyone assumed that something had been cooking up behind the scenes. The most digestible conclusion was a new DLC for the game, keeping in view the track record of Horizon Zero Dawn, which got a new DLC less than a year after its release.  Today, famous for his cryptic messages and leaks related to anticipated games and add-ons, Snitch tweeted a new photo that got cracked quickly. As reported by Insider Gaming, this new photo shared by Snitch, which shows regions like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and San Francisco is related to the upcoming ‘Burning Shores’ DLC for Horizon Forbidden West.

— The Snitch (@insider_wtf) December 6, 2022 To back this argument, Mr. Henderson points out the locked area in the game that is called ‘Burning Shores’ located at the south of the map. As revealed previously, this locked area has the exact real-life locations (Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and San Francisco) shared by Snitch. Not only that, but the picture in question here also features a unique triangle-shaped gray indicator sign which matches Aloy’s locator device.  Seeing things in chronological order makes sense and strongly suggests that a new DLC for Horizon Forbidden West is on the way that will unlock new possibilities for the fans to play and experience the game. While the contents and storyline of the alleged DLC are still unknown, it is sure that something new for the game will be announced soon. We will keep you posted upon receiving further valuable information about this news.  Horizon Forbidden West is now available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
